  • Quote graphics
  • Captions and copy

  • Social media assets
  • Derivative works and promotional materials

Participants are granted a non-exclusive license to use delivered Free Interview content for their own business marketing and promotional purposes.

10GETSYOU20 retains unlimited rights to:

  • Publish
  • Edit
  • Repurpose
  • Advertise
  • Distribute
  • Monetize
  • Archive
  • Reuse

all Free Interview content and related media assets across any platform, channel, or promotional material.

Paid Subscription Content

For paid subscription services, clients retain ownership of the final delivered content produced specifically for their business, subject to the following:

  • 10GETSYOU20 retains ownership of its internal systems, workflows, templates, editing frameworks, production methods, and proprietary processes
  • Clients receive full usage rights to final delivered assets created under paid subscription agreements
  • 10GETSYOU20 may display excerpts, screenshots, thumbnails, clips, or examples of produced work for portfolio, marketing, promotional, educational, investor, and demonstration purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing

Raw project files, editable templates, and internal production assets are not included unless explicitly stated in writing.

Client-Provided Materials

Clients retain ownership of logos, trademarks, and original materials they provide to 10GETSYOU20.

Clients grant 10GETSYOU20 a non-exclusive license to use those materials as necessary to provide services and create promotional content.

5. Subscription Services & Billing

Certain services may require recurring monthly or annual subscriptions.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

  • Payments may recur automatically unless canceled
  • Pricing and features may change with notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Clients may cancel subscriptions according to the cancellation terms provided at signup.

Unless required by law or otherwise agreed:

  • Fees already paid are non-refundable
  • Work completed prior to cancellation remains billable
  • Access to ongoing services may terminate immediately upon cancellation

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Cooperate reasonably during the production process
  • Maintain rights to submitted logos, branding, and materials

Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions related to third-party content they provide.

8. No Guarantee of Results

10GETSYOU20 does not guarantee:

  • Revenue growth
  • Leads or conversions
  • Social media performance
  • Search engine rankings
  • Audience growth
  • Business success

Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control.

9. Prohibited Use

Users may not:

  • Use our services for unlawful purposes
  • Submit defamatory, infringing, or misleading content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our systems or workflows
  • Resell our content production systems without written permission
